How long does a reading take to arrive?
Most deliveries complete shortly after checkout. During peak periods, some requests may take longer, and we will notify you on the dashboard.
Can I change my email after purchase?
Yes. Contact support with your order details and we can assist with delivery updates.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime. One-time digital readings are generally non-refundable once delivered.
